OBSERVER/CAPE GRAPHIC SHORT STORY PRIZE 2009: TINNED PEACHES

Here's my unsuccessful entry in the Observer/Cape Graphic Short Story Prize 2009. I'm hoping to see a few more entries pop up online over the next few days (now the winner has been announced).

Nice. Like an Alan Bennet talking head thing. I like your art, great use of light and atmosphere. Nice mix of traditional and digital illustration techniques.

I love Mr Owler - great character design, and so expressive. Delighted to have found this strip during tonight's epic blog crawl :)

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!

It sounds like you're creating problems yourself by trying to solve this issue instead of looking at why their is a problem in the first place.
